Soleil is an indie folk band located in Murrieta, CA. Fronted by multi-instrumentalists, Christine Avetta and Chad Marshman (From the Long Beach band, The Wind), Soleil is color music. The reds and blues blend seemlessly into the greens and yellows. The blacks and whites dance wildly and swing their arms as they merge triumphantly into each other. It is the sound of the forest. It is a sacred tree amplified and manipulated until only the shadows of once blazing leaves remain. It is the sun as it hunts the night and the moon as it wonders aimlessly across the sky.
